By Purchasing an entry ticket to this event you agree to the following -

Standard of Competence:. If you are deemed unsafe you will be taken off the comp zone. The BKSA recommend the use of properly fitting helmets (compulsory for juniors and all landbased sports ) and have a kite leash system

Insurance: You must be a full member of the British Kite Surfing Association to compete in any sanctioned event. Full BKSA membership includes third party liability insurance.
I acknowledge that Kitesurfing and Kitelandsports pertain certain risks of death and personal injury and understand that the decision whether to participate or to continue to race is mine alone and declare that in no circumstances will the organizers of the event be held responsible for any loss or damage, to any equipment howsoever caused which does not result from their own negligence.
Obligations: You must read the rules, you must remaining in this class for the coming year, be available for photos and wear / display sponsors logos while in competition. By ordering this entry ticket you give the right for the BKSA and the event organizers to use your image in any shape or form, in the case of under adult supervision you also acknowledge this.
